Under high vacuum condition, the oil purifier can remove the water, gas and impurities in the oil quickly and reliably, increasing break emulsification ability, and comprehensively improve the quality of the oil to achieve online operation. It can remove water without stopping the machine, so that the waste oil to new oil standard, easy to operate .

Such as power plants, steam turbines during the long running, moisture, dust and solid particles of impurities inevitably mixed in the turbine oil due to a variety of complex reasons,which accelerated oil oxidation, fueled bubble, fouling and sludge formation, causing seriously emulsified oil, leading oil and water difficult to separate, at last reducing oil lubrication, wear, heat dissipation, dispersion, cooling performance.At the same time, it causes the corrosion and wear of metal parts to affect the safe operation of the turbine. Working principle

When the oil purifier works, the waste oil remove large capacity of impurities through special filters. Use a special water separator and personalized vacuum separator, which used the oil-wet hydrophobic technology and "cavitation" principle, the waste oil in a vacuum separator expanded to several hundred times larger than the original, and "cavitation"system also allows the oil evaporation surface area is increasing, and evaporated interface constantly updated, so that the water in the oil quickly vaporized  under low heat, high vacuum, large surface, high pumping speed conditions exhausted by the vacuum system.

The water and gas discharged from the upper portion of the vacuum separator, after twice cooling and dehumidification cooling system, and finally discharged from the vacuum pump.

The dry oil in vacuum separator which dewatered by vacuum pump, and become positive pressure through the oil pump. After fine filtration, the clean oil discharged from outlet valve after cooling. Then the process is over.

The standard type ZJC series turbine oil purifier, which is not PLC control. If you want this designed PLC, we can customize that for you. Just infrom the sales manager you demands.
