This technology utilized catalyzing treatment during chemical processing. Our company developed a kind of composite catalyst, through catalyzing, the harmful substances are selectively processed, for example, polymerization, shielding, passivation effect and discharged as residues, so as to remove the unstable factors of the waste lubricating oil, make it became qualified base oil.This technology is different from the traditional distillation process with sulfuric acid, it is also different from the current hydrogenation technology.
The final base oil is not easy to be oxidized or change color, no odour. The residues can be used as fuel, it will not make secondary pollution. This technology is high automatic, the operation is simple, no complicate operation control, easy to learn and understand, low labour intensity, 1-2 persons are enough and no special requirement.
Waste oil is pumped to mix with the catalyst after being pretreated to remove large impurities, and mixed enough via the special mixing pipe. The mixed waste oil flows into the distillation kettle, meanwhile the waste oil is circulating heated by the heat exchanger. Start the vacuum unit. The components by distillation pass through three-stage cooling systems, then collected into "water receiver, gasoline and diesel receiver, light lube base oil receiver, heavy lube base oil receiver" . The waste gas is firstly handled by the water seal, then handled by our waste gas processor system. The water distilled from waste oil can be used to blend the catalyst, no any pollution water produced. The gasoline and diesel oil distilled from waste oil can be used as fuel blended with oil residue.
Advantage:
Distillation is the physical separation of components of lubricating oil by boiling range. Depending on the type of distillation, the boiling ranges can produce gases and gasoline at the lower boiling points with heavy lubricating oils being distilled at higher boiling points. Distillation is the core process for a facility capable of producing re-refined base-oils to virgin base-oil quality.
It's easy to produce waste residue and bad smelling by traditional vitriol distilling, which will bring potential secondary pollution, moreover, it's easy to change the color to black and produce the odor due to the recycled oil react with the oxygen. But after we use the alkaline complex catalyst refines the oil, the recycled oil haven't change the color and haven't create the odor. What's more important, you can use the residue to be as the fuel to heating the oil, without any pollution. And the machine is easy to operate; only 1-2 workers is enough to control the machine.
