Oil Introduction

In the production, the vast majority of machinery and equipment will use oil, such as metal stamping industry, heat treatment industry, injection molding industry, etc., and a large number of petroleum products such as cutting oil, hydraulic oil, quenching oil, drawing oil, lubricating oil, etc. In the production process, the oil is easily split into several carbon particles in a heated and pressurized environment. These smaller carbon particles than the oil molecules will accelerate the aging and splitting of the oil. After a period of use, the viscosity of the oil decreases, and under the influence of external impurities, the machine equipment is worn at all times, reducing the accuracy of the machine and shortening the service life.

The cause of oil deterioration

The main component of the oil is actually not bad. The so-called oil is bad, in fact, the following respects changed bad:
1. Deterioration of additives
2. Oil is mixed with metal impurities
3, mixed with water in the oil
4, oil film rupture

Solution
 

A. reconfigure additives
After the oil is used for a period of time, if the oil is mixed with metal impurities or water and not treated in time, the additive will deteriorate, the re-formulation is troublesome, and the cost is high, and it is not recommended.
B. remove metal impurities
Use ZJK oil cleaner to remove impurities from the oil at any time.
C. remove water
The water can be moved by our ZJK series machine or our other vacuum oil purifiers, too.

 

Working principle:
Waste oil through primary filter, oil pump, heater, and then enters into the reactor. In the reactor, you can add appropriate amount of the filter aid and the decolorizing agent, and then mixed it by heating or not heating( according to your oil's characters decide). The charged polar particles, sludge, grinding and the like in the waste oil are adsorbed.
After adsorption, through a high-precision filter, after filtering impurities, it is a purification oil similar to the new oil.
